ISBA has run several Word for Windows webinars directed at teaching members skills essential to a modern word processor. In this one-hour Mac-specific look at Word**, we’ll show you the differences between the Mac and Windows version, and how to apply the techniques in those videos to your Mac environment. Moving beyond simply font and paragraph formatting, which are essentially identical between Windows and Mac, we’ll cover the Mac Word differences Mac users need to know, including styles, automatic paragraph numbering, and tables of contents.

    Jeffrey R. Schoenberger is an attorney and consultant for Affinity Consulting. Prior to joining Affinity, Jeffrey practiced law as an Equal Justice Works / AmeriCorps Legal Fellow for the Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio. His practice focused on representing homeowners in foreclosure cases, tenants in eviction actions, and individuals in divorce actions. While with Legal Aid, Jeffrey worked with over 130 distressed homeowners in their counseling and litigation activities, and represented over 90 tenants in eviction and living conditions advocacy. Finally, he lead seminars training non-profit housing counselors on the rapidly-evolving government and private sector foreclosure prevention programs.
     

    At Affinity, he specializes in CaseAware case management software, HotDocs document assembly software, desktop office software, and Apple Macintosh and iOS hardware and software. Jeffrey received a B.A. in History from Yale University and J.D. from the University of Virginia. He became a member of the Ohio Bar in 2008.
